We are real estate investors ourselves with commercial and residential investments in both Monmouth and Ocean Counties.  We've been investing in this market since 2005 and have bought, sold, developed and rented numerous properties in the past 15+ years.  Why work with an agent who has no first-hand experience when you can work with a team who has done it before?

We have contractors and professionals for you.

Active in this market ourselves, we have contractors for you.  From HVAC to roofers and  exteriors, finish work and handymen, we've got people for you.  Also, need a professional such as an attorney, loan officer, inspector or architect?  We've got people in these fields as well.  As fellow investors, we've built a core team of contractors which we're happy to share.

You might need property management and we'll be here.

Like many investors, you might prefer to be more of a passive investor meaning that you will hire a professional to perform property management functions.  We'd be delighted to be that resource for you.  With our team of contractors and professionals, we're in a good position to help you be successful with your investments.  We can also help acquire and manage your tenants which can be one of the most demanding parts of real estate investing.
