“A comparative market analysis (CMA) is an estimate of a home’s value based on recently sold, similar properties in the immediate area.” If you’re thinking about selling your home, I can work on a CMA for you to help you set your listing price.   Rather than CMA, I like to call it a Neighborhood Report, because that’s what it is.  I’ll create a custom one for you with some of the most insightful statistics you’ve seen.  I just need 24-48 hours notice to put it together for you before we meet.
